Shipping

All orders are shipped as ready.  If any pre-order items are in your order we will ship them once they become available.

We need to make sure we deliver our customer’s orders complete and on schedule.  We know that for some of our customers, time is very valuable and we want to make sure it is not wasted.  That is why we have chosen UPS exclusively as our main shipping carrier.

UPS Ground Shipping

*Delivery within 5 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST MON-FRI.

UPS 3-day Select

*Delivery within 3 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST MON-FRI.

UPS 2nd Day Air

*Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST MON-FRI.

UPS Next Day Air

*Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed by 10 AM PST MON-FRI.

***Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska***

Shipping Timeline

We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 3 business days when all items are in stock.  Usually, if we receive the orders before 11:00 PST there is a higher chance that your order will be shipping out the same day.  If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by e-mail/fax/telephone.  We will try our best to make it happen.

The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 4:00 PM PST. We must prepare all shipments by this time.  If you order after 2:00 PST we might not be able to prepare it on time.  In this case, the shipment will be passed on the next day.

International Shipping

Even though our main carrier is UPS, we do offer other carriers exclusively for our international customers.  Please give us your carrier information in your order and we can confirm whether we can ship with them.

FORE COLLECTION is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or marked delivered items. If there is a problem with your tracking information or the delivery of your package please contact the mail service directly before contacting us. We suggest this because as the listed recipient of the package the mail courier is often able to provide you with more information regarding the whereabouts of your package. In some situations an items tracking may not update but items do still arrive so we suggest allowing several days for tracking to show correctly. If a package is marked as “DELIVERED” but you have not yet received your package please contact the carrier directly to get this issue resolved as they are often able to check records giving detailed information on where your package was delivered. We can not be held responsible for orders where tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided in your order.
